Opening a private club/pub , what would i need?

First of all, i already have a place built, so property is not a problem. I have googled this question and nothing really comes up with what i am looking for. i plan to open a small private pub/bar whatev you want to call it, in the state of Arkansas. the state DFA states that if i sell beer, and spirits, i have to issue ID's for members, and acquire the proper permits to sell alcohol. as for "employees" it would just be myself and maybe a friend of mine on occasions.. food wise would just be some UTZ "pub mix" from sam's club, and chex mix, beer nuts, etc.. small snacks, nothing that would bring health inspections to the place of business, so no need to pay anybody, set up payroll, etc.. no need for appliances, chefs, anything.. just a good bar setup, shelves, lighting, and some good bar stools. and a good sound system for tunes. but i'm mainly asking if there is a certain specific need, or something of the other in the state of Arkansas, being that in dry counties, restaurant are allowed to sell alcohol to members only, even on sundays. and private clubs are allowed to sell any and everyday except big holidays or something like that. i would have to order beer from distribution warehouses, but if any private club owners in the state of Arkansas read this, if you wouldnt mind, fill me in on what you had to do in order to run your private club. and if opening a bar is sorta the same way, please let me know! thank you for any and all information!
