What happened between two episodes of Warehouse 13?

So, I was watching Warehouse 13 and at the end of Episode 12 (season 2) Myka left the warehouse. Next thing I know, I'm watching Episode 13 (of season 2) and suddenly, she's back. I'm really super confused, so, can any explain this? And, do you know when the next season starts?
