Look. Here's another idea. Pack leftover mac and cheese into a skillet with some oil, and fry until it has a crispy bottom. Add pizza sauce to the top, sprinkle on mozzarella cheese and run under the broiler until the cheese melts. The mac becomes the pizza crust.
