Carphone warehouse has lost my phone?

U are entitled to the cost of the phone or new replacement of the phone by the company( if available since u say limited edition).This is the least gentleman type of compensation by the warehouse.If they refuse and are adamant going by rules printed in tiny letters in some corner of the bill then u can sue them with not only the phone cost but also for mental agony and court costs as well as for negligence by the company.But u need to have corrrespondence and reply letters in writing /fax with the firm to go to the court.
